Joseph: Living Under God’s Sovereignty
Sundays, September 15-December 8
9 am, Room E
Led by Scott Laughlin
This study follows Joseph, the son of Jacob in the Genesis narrative, throughout his life. We will seek to understand how God uses Joseph’s bad and good decisions to accomplish His will. God brought trials, suffering, and blessings to transform him into a godly man. How do we respond to suffering and blessings that we experience? Do we let God use the hard things in life to mature us in Christ?
Evangelical Convictions
Sundays, September 15-December 8
9 am, Room C
Led by VerDale Herman and Paul Smith
What do you believe? Do you know what you believe about God, the Bible, the human condition, the work of Christ, and other areas of faith? Bethel Church is part of the Evangelical Free Church of America. The Evangelical Free Church of America is an association of autonomous churches united around these theological convictions, our Statement of Faith. This class is designed to help you understand these essential doctrines critical to your faith. Join us as we learn about these truths together. The hardcover book, Evangelical Convictions, will be available to purchase for $24 before the class begins. To sign up, send an email to dawnchamberlain@bethelfc.com.
